HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis is a natural state that bypasses rational thinking. Your conscious mind remains active but is put aside while we have a chat with your subconscious mind. Through this natural state we can alter behaviours and habits that no longer serve you and that perhaps are causing blockages and preventing you from living your best life. These may include smoking, overeating, anger, jealousy, fear, etc.
Q: Will I be aware of what’s going on during hypnosis?
A: Yes. You will know exactly what is happening at all times.
Q: Do you have to put me in a trance?
A: No. We can achieve the same, and sometimes better results if you’re not in a trance.
Q: What if I don’t wake up from a trance?
A: This cannot happen.
Q: Will you make me think I’m a chicken?
A: Absolutely not!
Q: How many sessions of hypnosis will I need?
A: Everyone is different, but typically 4-5 sessions are needed to effect real change.
